Description of Practice
I believe there is innate value and often joy in the different ways humans express sexuality and gender. My therapeutic inventions are geared towards client empowerment, living and loving within one’s values, building healthy relationships with oneself and others, and working through past traumas. I provide a warm and supportive environment for people to engage with their emotions and experiences.

What is your approach to affirmative therapy?
I believe as a collective, every individual, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation deserves to live a life that they love. I approach affirmative therapy with a post-modern lens and the belief that a loved life is defined by you, not by your therapist. My work is collaborative and supportive in nature. I also believe that I am in a unique position to understand how the intricacies of relationships and other systems influence and inform beliefs. I work with the individual and the greater system to help the client create a life that they can be their best and most authentic self.
