Use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in Therapy

Presenter: George Limberakis, CMHC

Description:  George will discuss how he uses his unique knowledge of our minds and bodies in his practice.  EFT is showing tremendous promise in helping people to discharge long-held emotional energy that causes both psychological and physical distress. He will point us to the research on treating trauma which stresses the necessity of employing ways to decrease the activation of the nervous system and how EFT can be a useful therapeutic tool.
