Following up on last year's workshop on how to increase the Guild's inclusion efforts .... The aim of this session is to increase awareness of white privilege and what it means to be white in the U.S., with the intention of increasing multicultural competence and enhancing our ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues of color.

Presenters: Guild Working Group on Race, Inclusion, and White Privilege (Molly Butterworth, Kristy  Bartley, Terri Busch, Susan Lyons, Diana Thomas, Jake Van Epps)
