Transgender Medical Issues

This session will focus on educating clinicians about the basic medical issues that their clients might face. Clinicians will be educated about how to help their clients navigate the medical  community as well as giving clinicians the basic terminology so they can relate closer with their clients.

Please note that we have moved our meeting location: Meetings are conducted at the Salt Lake County Division of Youth Services, 177 West Price Ave. (3610 S, just off West Temple), Salt Lake City, Utah 84115 - unless otherwise specified in the schedule.

Parking is permitted anywhere in the parking lot. Enter the building through the main entrance, which is by the flag pole in the circular driveway. From there, there will be a receptionist or signage to point you in the right direction.  This location is accessible for anyone with limitations of physical mobility.

CEU’s have been approved for all in-service programs by Utah NASW and are free for Guild members & $5 for non-members
